Once, while I was living in Ecuador, I ate some roast guinea pig from a street vendor. It was one of the best experiences and worst stomach aches of my life.

Lucky you! That place is beautiful. It has been a long time since I have been there but when I was, I loved the spa, the food, and everything about that place. Can’t wait to hear more about your time there.
